Hello everyone...

My name is Lowe Runo and I'm founder of the MACHINIMA ARTISTS GUILD http://slmachinimaarts.ning.com/.

I mostly use the Second Life platform because of its ease in 3D content creation so I can easily build sets and make characters (avatars) and animations, to film machinima.

Pronounced, MA-CHIN-EE-MA, it is a word derived from MACHINE+ANIMATION+CINEMA. Basically it is videos produced in a virtual world.

With just a few simple tools, some that you may already have, you can produce great movies of your gaming activities and better yet illustrate a story and evoke drama with your gaming avatars.
