I enjoyed seeing the interaction in The Game. It was funny to see them all sitting around having a LAN Party in the kitchen while all the action was happening in a virtual world. I also found it quite hilarious that Zaboo was told to deal with the stressful situation with his mom online rather than face-to-face. It is a good analogy to where many people feel more comfortable behind the anonymous nature of the internet.
If you look closely you can see a small rendering of the game world on Clara's laptop. The Guild Hall kind of reminds me a little of questing through Icecrown on WoW. The default party interface looks somewhat similar to the one in WoW. Even the health/mana bars are close to the same color.
It was cool to see Moist appearing as a GM. If anything could stop Vork's business empire, a GM could.
Looks like we have a gaming convention for Season 5!
Instead of Blizzcon I guess it would be "Gamecon". I like Bel-Rand's post above is a good take on what might happen at the convention. We definitely need to see more Riley next season.
It's nice to see a new dimension being played out in the Codex/Zaboo interaction. I don't believe it to be a show-breaker either way if they should hook up or not, but the interaction between the two characters has always seemed to be one of the most personal and entertaining ones, even if at times really creepy like in Season 1.
The handholding gesture was interesting and cool to see from Codex. Would that be a "Freudian Slip" going on like Zaboo exclaimed in Season 1? I think it would be hilarious if Codex continued to make advances toward Zaboo but he would then be totally oblivious to them since he is now so stuck in best-friend mode toward Codex. That would be an ironic play on his cluelessness in Season 1 of how Codex didn't want anything to do with him and his bizarre advances.
A job well done on another great season! Thank you for bringing us this great world Felicia. I look forward to Season 5.
